Communicating your brand to your employees is as important as your external marketing. Lifeline is a digital and physical publication that highlighted department, employees and programs within the Northwest Healthcare system. The goal was to have an engaging product that conveyed employee appreciation and invited the individual to help address any areas that needed growth. Engaging contests, puzzles, employee highlights, department of the month and other elements were used alongside articles written highlighting the goals and vision the executive team has for Northwest Healthcare.
