[NO OBLIGATION QUOTE PHASE]
Using the information from this form we will get back to you within 24 hours with a “ballpark” quote for your project.
If you decide to proceed, we will gather more information from you about the project to prepare a detailed proposal including an estimated cost and timeline.
If you decide to proceed with the proposal, we will begin the process of developing the core message and concept for your project and the resources and elements to execute this. In some instances larger projects will involve a deposit before work is commenced.
Using the goals and parameters established by you and the objectives for the project, this stage involves the heavy lifting of the execution of the plan. During this period there is often feedback and communication between the customer and designer through prototyping and mock sketches.
To ensure feedback and communication on the process, there are two rounds of design review and revision built into every estimate. Additional revisions can be added if you desire, but traditionally these incur additional costs. At the last design review the customer will be responsible for signing off on the artwork before the project enters into production.
During this period the design is translated into the final print, video, or online format. Depending on the project this process often involves a production sign-off as well. If any additional marketing or post-production work is needed this can be discussed in the original quote, or added at the end.
